We begin each service with a complimentary aromatherapy neck massage and beverage of your choice. You can expect full relaxation in our oasis with a hand and scalp massage and warm eye pillow during your shampoo experience.

  • Although we do not require a consultation for most of their services, it is recommended.

    We do however require a consultations for any guests wanting our Revival Package, or Extensions.

  • A coloring technique to achieve a precise and multi-dimensional highlights or lowlights.

By communicating the cost in advance, guests can make informed decisions if the investment aligns with their personal beauty budget & have a clear understanding of the financial commitment involved in their beauty journey.

  • Absolutely not! We understand that touch can make some people feel icky. So the massages are never mandatory. Just let your stylist know ❤️

  • We require your card information to secure and hold your reservation slot. We implement a 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure that our stylists’ time is valued and protected. Rest assured that we handle your card information securely & in accordance with industry standards to safeguard your privacy & protect your data.

  • We ask that kids do not accompany you during your visit. If a child does need to be with you under the age of 10, an adult not receiving services will to be present.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations are required to have a card on file. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee, and if you miss your reservation altogether a 100% no-show fee will be applied to the card on file. Please note, this fee will NOT include any discounts or promotions. The fees will be charged with services at full cost & is up to your stylists discretion. If the card declines, an invoice will be sent & you will be blocked from booking again until the invoice has been paid. We do understand that emergencies can happen, please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation at your earliest convenience.
